At ONLY IN, each item is made or prepared especially for you. Please read the shipping information below carefully before placing your order.


Order Processing Time

All orders require 1–5 business days for processing before shipping.
This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched for delivery.


Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the item ordered.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK: 7–15 business days

  • Europe: 7–18 business days

  • USA & Rest of World: 10–25 business days

Please note these are estimates, not guarantees.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking may take 3–7 days to update after dispatch while the carrier scans the parcel into their system. During this time, your tracking may show “pending” or “in transit” — this is normal.


Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. This helps ensure faster overall delivery.


Delays

Occasionally, delays may occur due to:
