Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Once reviewed, we will offer:

In most cases, we do not require the item to be returned.
Change of Mind / Sizing
Please choose carefully when ordering, as we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
We provide detailed product descriptions and sizing guidance to help you make the right choice before purchasing.
Returns
Due to the nature of our online store and suppliers, we do not accept physical returns unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unsolicited returns cannot be processed or refunded.
Refunds

Cancellations
